"Reign" means Kingdom or realm, and "Beau" means an escort of extraordinary beauty.

Combined, "Reign Beau" means "Kingdom of Beautiful Escorts"

The concept originated from the understanding of the brotherhood and sisterhood of humanity.

The word human comes from the blending of two words, "hue", which means colorful or full spectrum of visible light,

and "man" which conotes an animal origin spirit will creature.

Therefore, the word human means colorful person.

The mission of the University is to appreciate more thoroughly the Fatherhood and Motherhood of God.

Man's highest human comprehension of God is as a Parent.

It is the desire of the author of this endeavor to ascertain the symbology with a flag which represents our world,

as distinct from other worlds, which we may one day discover.

Let our national heritages and cultures reflect the human race as one family with God as our Father, our Mother.

Let Sovereingty belong to God alone.

Let us regard each other in the true spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood.
